Purchases: The normal method by which you can purchase is via this website, using the shopping basket system that integrates with the PayPal payment system. Cheques can be accepted (made payable to "Vibe-O-Tronic Distribution") and sent to the address on the "Contact Us" page. If you post us an order you will need to include a list of the items you want (please use the product codes). It may be easier to print out the shopping basket and include this. Also, please include your email address, so we can contact you if needs be. Paying by cheque delays your order by a couple of days.
Tax: Vibe-O-Tronic is NOT VAT registered in the UK and therefore no VAT has been charged on any product or service bought from us. No invoice or receipt you get from us is inclusive of VAT. It is not therefore possible to reclaim VAT on products that we export to other countries, as no UK VAT has been paid.
Postage & Handling: We charge postage and handling based on the table below. Typically postage will work out at about £3.80 per pedal, up to a maximum of £10.00 for a single order. If the shopping cart reports a higher amount than this, contact us (sales@vibe-o-tronic.co.uk) and we will arrange a cheaper postage charge. Small orders that fall into the lowest value range will be sent 1st class, but not recorded delivery.
Delivery: We post new orders within 48 hrs of payment being cleared, by 1st class Royal Mail (recorded delivery where applicable). You should have your stuff within 5 working days of payment, although its usually more like 3 days.
Back Orders: If you order an item we dont have in stock we will accept payment and put the item on back order for you. We will email you to confirm this and give you the option of cancelling the order, and receiving a refund. Alternatively, please email us with your requirements and we will contact you when the item(s) become available. Unfortunately we cannot reserve items without a deposit.
Privacy: We wont use your personal information you provide for any other purpose other than processing the order you placed with us.
Damaged / Faulty Goods: Please immediately return any goods that are damaged or faulty. Please also email support@vibe-o-tronic.co.uk about the goods. We will arrange for replacement goods to be provided and for your return postage to be refunded.
Other Returns: Any goods returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt will be refunded in full, minus the original cost of postage. The return postage cost will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
Remittance: No orders are shipped until they have been fully paid for.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms & conditions.
